Does anyone know exactly how this technique is done? I have practiced several different ways and just can't get this exact look. Any help as to what size icing spreader or flick of the wrist, lol would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! [postimage id="3322" thumb="900"]

Yes, it's done with a dessert spoon. You frost the cake thickly, then use the back of a spoon to indent it - place the spoon, press & pull the spoon slightly all in one direction.
