Hi all
I am new to this forum and have a question. I made my daughters birthday cake for this weekend but she ended up being sick so we've rescheduled for 2 weeks. I understand the rules of freezing fondant etc but when I baked the mud cake I did that weeks ago and froze them then defrosted them 2 days ago. Of course they're now defrosted fully and wrapped in fondant and I would like to know if I can refreeze it? Or what would be the maximum time I could leave it covered in fondant before it will go bad or dry out?
