Hello,

My state has COF law passed 3 yrs back.

My question is - If you have a home kitchen license (Class A), can you make & bake things at home & sell in some rented storefront space which doesn't have kitchen? Like mall booth?

TIA

Best to check with your Health Dept. In my state and county I can sell anywhere in my county as long as I sell directly to the customer whether it's from my home or a farmer's market.  I cannot sell to a second party like a shop or cafe who will turn around and sell them.
