Every year my job is selected as the venue to host a large event (450). It's a three course plated meal; salad, entree and dessert. They pay $70 per person. Every year the come up with annoying themes and want the dessert to have it incorporated. This year "rock n roll".  I'm racking my head thinking of different ideas. So far this is what I've got:

1. Large red macaron filled with strawberry jam whipped cream and strawberries. Garnished with a white and dark chocolate electric guitar. Thinking of either silver leaf or silver dust to top the macaron. 

2.  Dark chocolate cheesecake with Oreo crust glazed in white. With a red and white chocolate electric guitar. Served with strawberry sauce. 

And that's all I can think of so any input would help!!

Don't forget Vinyls (giant black cds for those of you born after the 80s) and big sunglasses. Maybe something "California Raisin" style? Big lips (think old band logos for inspiration) or stamped kisses? An Oreo decorated like a record or with a big kiss mark?
