Hi,

My name is Pam and I am starting a bakery business, selling primarliy cookies. I can use a commercial kitchen and have already purchased liability insurance and will be taking a food handling course. So I think I am all set on that front. What I don't know how to do is incorporate the costof liability isurance and the rental cost of the kitchen I will be using.  Is there a formula I can use to calculate these costs and add them to the price of the cookies?

Thank you for any help you can give me!! Happy to be here!

Pam

Does your business estimate a number of cookies per month?

( Insurance cost per month+ kitchen monthly rental) divided by the (estimated number of cookies sold per month)= amount per cookie of this overhead.
