Hello bakers, I plan to make cupcakes piped with  white ganache.  I need the cupcakes to be blue, do can I spray the cupcakes with the color mist?  I just wasn't sure if you can spray color mist on ganache.  Thanks in advance!

i've sprayed a little gold on regular chocolate ganache and it gave it a slight gold sheen.

do you need your cupcake or ganache to be blue?

if you need your ganache to be blue you can add a little gel blue food color before you mix your cream and chocolate. or add a little bit of corn syrup so the chocolate doesn't seize.

You can color chocolate with powdered color or with oil based colors.
