I'm making fondant cupcake toppers and the costumer is picking them up the night before so I don't want to put the toppers on and have the buttercream melt the fondant . Can I put them in a separate air tight container??

Thank you. Do you think if I put the toppers in a plastic single cupcake box and poke holes in the top that would be ok?

sounds good -- y'know like lined with some paper towels or something cushy/protective

best to you
