Trouble With My Canon Edible Printer

Anyone have a Canon edible printer? I am having horrible luck getting my printer to feed my icing sheets through. any tips on getting it to take them through. I keep getting error code 1003

That code is a paper feeding error code issue. Make sure your paper is pushed all the way in correctly. I am not sure which pirnter you have. But if that doesnt work, make sure that the paper size selected in your printer properties matches the size paper you are printing on.
