Anyone Used Paper Straws For Cake Pops?

I found the cutest Christmas paper straws at target. I think they would be so cute in some Christmas cake pops. Have any of you used them for cake pops before? They seem pretty sturdy so I don't see why they wouldn't work. Any thoughts?

Yes. I have used paper straws and they worked great!

I actually got my paper straws from target this year as well!, for my cake pops and they worked pretty well.

I always use paper straws now! Cake pops look a lot nicer. Just make sure not to tap them to hard when you're removing the excess chocolate, I've had a straw completely bend over haha.
