What Is Used To Make This Texture On The Cake?

The last ones just look like plain fondant.
I forgot to mention that their website says they only use rolled white chocolate (which would be candy clay), not fondant. So that's how you can get that precise pattern on the cake without stretching the diamonds out of shape.
