Hi,

     Was wondering if anyone knew what they used to make the pattern on the 2nd tier in this link:

I found this but it is not as delicate as the one used on the cake.

  1. It looks like one of these tools might work (the Victoria or Ali), but you have to place the cut-outs in a way that omits that center shape...hope this makes sense.
