Hi everyone, blush.png

Wondering if anyone can help me I'm due to make a cake but the client wants it covered in Marzipan because she doesn't like fondant and she wants Marzipan figures too, I'm just wondering as it will be over the Christmas period and she wants the cake for new years eve  how far ahead can I make the Marzipan figures in advance? to make things easier over the busy period 

Any help would be much appreciated Thank you in advance smiley.png

Marzipan is not interchangeable in all applications with fondant.  It doesn't have the same strength or flexibility as fondant.  The figures would have to be really simple shapes fully supported.
