I would love to know if anyone used the cake batters that are complete and you just need to add water. I know a lot of bakeries use them  I may be opening a store soon and I was thinking about trying these out  Would love any comments about them from someone who uses them. I like doctored cake mixes but if the other kinds works as well it may be the way for me to go.
