Are there any guidelines as to how far you can transport cakes, cupcakes, etc without having to buy a refrigerated truck? This event is 3 hrs away, will be around 43 degrees out that day and I'll be blasting the a/c on high all the way there. Anyone that rides with me to deliver cakes always.knows to bring a winter coat haha. Any rules on transport??

Unless you're using perishable fillings I don't see a problem.
