Hello,

I run a company that specialises in branded and personalised cakes and biscuits and up until now I have been running every aspect of the company including the production of the cake and biscuits. Next year I want to start to work differently so I am looking for a business partner who can take control of the baking and decorating whilst I focus on the sales and marketing. 

Please note I am not looking for an employee but a business partner based in the Croydon area.

The person that I am looking for would have the following attributes:

• Be a skilled and experienced baker and cake decorator and be able to produce products at speed
• Ideally hold a qualification in pastry
• Have a head for figures and business
• Be able to work as part of a team 
• Confident to take control of their area and make decisions
• Ambitious and focussed
• Good under pressure

I would like to start discussing this change in the company with the right person early next year with a view to implementing the changes by June 2016.
