Hi all... just after some advise on the EOI brand of solite products.... im going to experiment with this product after battleing with meadow lea based buttercream during previous summers.... looking at my distributors website there are a few different types... the vegetable one in the green/yellow box.......... the one in the blue and yellow box called creaming shortening..... and another one called solite tropical in blue and yellow box also.... which one is best for great buttercream in summer that wont slide off the cake ... im South of Sydney on the coast but temps can still get to 40 degrees...
