I have an order for 8 dozen mini cupcakes and the customer wants them on a display. Any ideas of what I could do and and what I would charge her?

I would start on pintrest or google images. The display can be as easy as upside down boxes covered with a tablecloth and various plates set on top to crystal platter with drop crystals hanging off of them. Q- "I want a car!" A- "Well... a clunker/ junker or a Lamborghini?"

Charge per hour to set up, estimating what it will take and one time use supplies at 100% cost and things you plan to keep AND reuse, 50% costs...IMHO.

Cupcake set up time is one reason bakers hate them, especially the minis.stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes.png

PS. don't be surprised if the display costs more than the minis!

Especially with minis I like to cover a few dummys and stack them so you get that cupcake stand height and visual interest but without the cheapo look of 99% of the stands out there.
