Hi everyone! 

I'm wondering, has anyone ever done a cake layered with mud cake and icecream?

I've been asked to make do one, preferably with a ganache outer. 

Would it be ok to keep the entire cake in the freezer up until an hour or so before serving?

Open to any advice on this one! Thank you xx
