I want to bake but without fat (butter or oil). I want to use my homemade applesauce as a substitut for the fat.
If I use applesauce shall i use the same amount to replace the fat ?flushed.png

I will love if anybody has some recipes without butter/oil, but with applesauce. heart_eyes.png
I'm hungry for cookies stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye.png

Thanks

it works well in cake yes sub in the equal amount of aplsc for fat but it's not gonna do the same in a cookie as it does in a cake -- hey I gotta couple recipes in my old nearly abandoned blog i need to resurrect it...lemme get a link -- this is from Martha Stewart and no added fat or applesauce but it's got pecans or coconut which has fat but...

might be something else on there -- the peanut butter cookies are cool but pnut btr has fat of course--

do you do avocado? i haven't played with it myself yet but it's 'sposed to be real good in brownies but of course it's got fat but it's the good fat -- it replaces the butter

would love to hear of any great recipes you encounter
