So I have decided wedding cakes are just too stressful. I have only done 6 because I just do family but after this one this past week end I think it will be my last. They have all turned out beautiful but I can't handle the stress of the prefect cake. I like the fun of the birthday and party cake, still to be prefect but less stressful.

it is a lot of stress until you make enough mistakes that you get enough experience/confidence -- working for others doing cakes really takes the sting out of it all where it's not all on you --
