Hey lovelies I normally cover my cake bites/balls with chocolate but I am going to try melts to save time colouring the chocolate! I just wondered what people find easier to use Wilton Candy Melts or PME melts? I tried Wilton before and found it difficult to work with so wondering really if PME is any better :) x
