Banana Bread Help...

Ok I put in my brown sugar in with bananas so tired did realize til after I put it in I still have to put in regular sugar is my batter going to be OK never did that before ? And I want to use 2 eggs not 1 would I adjust the flour on that one?

Brown sugar is fine for banana bead.  Why do you want to use 2 eggs?  If you have smaller eggs, like size medium, then adding 2 will be no problem; it won't change the texture of the bread.  Adding 2 jumbo eggs will make a fluffier bread; no need to adjust the flour.

Yes I want a more fluffy muffins. I also add lil vanilla, and just a tad of nutmeg but just a tad I want to add maybe some blueberries  or fresh apples but afraid apples  won't cook all the way . but I thank you so much for your help O:-)

Blueberries will work but apples are a little too juicy for this recipe, it sounds like.  Vanilla would be a great addition!
