I am still new to the world of selling my desserts for profit. If someone comes to you asking for the price of something you've never made before, how do you usually quote them? Or do you tell them you will get back to them with a quote?

You'll regret it if you just pull a number out of the air.  Get an email and tell them you'll send them a quote.

Thanks for the advice. I thought that was the best way to go about handling the situation but wanted to see if there was another way I may have overlooked.
