Hi! Does anyone here have a recipe for a strawberry cupcake that uses strawberry JAM instead of puree? Where I live, there is no such thing as frozen berries. Only big food establishments or hotels have frozen berries. Only available ones here are strawberry jams, and strawberry pie filling (in can). Thanks!

Just substitute with preserves. Preserves do not contain pectin. It's essential a purée. Just blend it to your desired consistency.
