I have an order for a tres leche birthday cake they want it stacked and colored i am looking for a heavy duty whipped cream recipe that can be piped and colored and if it can't be colored then hold up to a spray coloring. If anyone has tips that will be great.

Look up the wilton recipe for stabilized whipped cream, I am in love with it :-). Also if you do a search on this website for stabilized whipped cream there was a post about it just the other day that you should find helpful.

KLP333, I have tried this Whipped Frosting and it worked great for me and it can be flavored and colored.
