Hi. I made 10( 8 inches ) round cake with country crook and they all turn out disaster .the cakes are all greasy and soggy .I don't want to bin them away . Can I have some ideas or recipe so that I can use them effectively . Thank you in advance .

Are you talking about country crock imitation butter that is sold in a container? I only use real butter in my cakes made from scratch. I know you hate throwing them away but I am not sure if they can be saved or used for anything else if they are greasy and soggy.

Maybe someone else here will have an idea as to what to do. I only do cakes as a hobby.  Sorry I could not be of much help.
