Has anyone used marscapone in their buttercream frosting? how does it taste? what ratio? thanks
Yes, it's delicious. I add it to my standard buttercream (it's an "Italian" Meringue Buttercream) until it tastes right. It's probably 1:2 mascarpone:buttercream? Ish?
