Hi! I'm needing to know how to estimate the amount of flowers you need for a wedding cake if you're putting them inbetween tiers. There'll be two inches of space and my tiers are 6-10-14 - the flowers will be above and below the 10" tier (and also a topper will be made). I just spoke with the florist and she said that they only ordered "a few extra stems for the cake." Oh my!!!! The florist needs to know exactly how many stems I need. How in the world do I quantify that? Thanks for the help!
