I'm curious as to how accurate these sheets are on Pulptastic :)

that's a ton of material -- I perused the first one halfway and it seemed accurate but I add my salt to the flour not directly into my sponge -- is there any one sheet in particular that you're interested in?

otherwise in a tag team sensibility we're at the salt in #1

tag you're it!

on a personal note, I prefer more order in my directions, more precision, less chaos and fewer trails to follow -- that's why I lost interest in the sheets -

a lot of my recipes are ingredient lists written in order of use with big brackets to the right with specific directions grouping the ingredients used together in that step

I think most cookbooks are seriously inefficient in giving directions although you didn't really ask that did you

big grin - no extra charge
