I am currently trying to figure what brand of candy melts has the best white chocolate flavor.  I want to make candy clay to mix in with my fondant to improve the flavor.  I was going to purchase Wilton's candy melts but I noticed on the packaging it stated that it was vanilla flavored.  Can anyone recommend a brand that has good white chocolate flavor?

I like Merckens.

Ghirardelli is good.
