I forgot to put in the sour cream in my WASC 12" . Do you think it will be too dry? Has anyone else ever done this and had good results?
Its in the oven now. I'm crossing my fingers.
Hi Mareg, I think everybody else is in bed, (midnight here), I wish I could be more positive, but I don't like your chances of this working out too well. The sour cream is a fat and a major ingredient in WASC. Cross my fingers for you too. I'm off to bed I will check in tomorrow and see how you went.
