It looks like it is made with modeling chocolate. The sides of the cake are small panels of chocolate. The drippings are probably melted white chocolate. The candies are probably piped in rounds with the swirl added on top.
thank you ropalma, i couldn't make up my mind if it was modeling chocolate or melted chocolate then cut up into stripes.
I think i was going to attempt a white chocolate guanche and have this poured over the edges do you recommend just using white chocolate?
You can use ganache. If you can get melted chocolate into strips you can go with that. Also if you make chocolate fondant you can cut the strips from that. I have made chocolate fondant and it taste good.
