Hi- I posted the other day with questions about royal icing recipes. I use the wilton recipe and have for several months with no problems. All of the sudden I am getting "craters" in my stripes on my cookies. Its all the same batch of icing and the solid cookies look fine. However, when I try to add stripes on top with the same icing, after a few minutes craters develop. I am going to try some different recipes however just wondering if there is any else that could be causing these craters? TIA
