Hi there, 

i want to make this same cake for a friends wedding that is coming up soon. How was this cake icing decor made and on what is the top tier? Realised there is a little space under the top tier which allows you to see the roses. 

Pls help. A step by step instructions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
