Im having a party on Saturday. And I have to work Saturday morning, so I cant make the cupcakes Saturday. i'll have to make them Friday. I was wondering if I can freeze the cupcakes?

Also, the cakes will be baked in an ice cream cone (and not the cupcake holders). Can i still freeze them? Any tips?

Hmmm, I'm thinking the ice cream cone would get gummy in the fridge or freezer (??).  Put a cone in the freezer overnight tonight and test it.

You can either dip them in ganache to seal the cake or just ice them Friday making sure to ice them completely to the edge of the cone so no cake is exposed. Or, just cover the cake in plastic wrap overnight.
