I got a request to do the following cake:
I'm not exactly sure how to do the box top. My original idea is to just put a layer of cake on a board and just fold the fondant under to cover it but then it loses the effect of is head holding up the "lid". Was wondering of another way to do this. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated! Thanks!
Do you need the lid to be cake to make your servings? If not, you could cover a styrofoam round with fondant so it would be lighter and be easier to hold up.
