hello!! I was wondering if anyone knew how much it is to ship cupcakes in mason jars or ship a dozen cupcakes in the U.S.? I have family who want to order cupcakes but my business had not begin shipping yet..... Does anyone know

Contact the business you are going to ship through. I know if you ship through the post office you can print off shopping labels at home if you know the weight of what you are shipping.

It is going to be different from one company to the next because of the weight of the box. The only way to know is to pack up some jars like you are going to ship them, including all packing material and weigh it. You can go to usps website and enter the weight and it will give you an estimate.Then do it for FedEx and UPS. However, once the cupcakes are in the jar, the weight and price will change significantly.

a 4 ounce jar with lid and ring weights 5.13 ounces (empty)

a 8 ounce jar with lid and ring weights 6.63 ounces (empty)
