Heath,
Every time I try to rely through CC forum there is no way to show that I am human. This is the only way it is working. I am on my Mac not my iPad. As of December I switched to a different iPad. Since then CC will not exempt my address, pass codes or zip. I should have 4 magazines left on my subscription. My order number is V37614. I started back in 2010 with print then moved to digital.

  I hope you can help. I have run out of options.

   I still have not heard what is up with my account it still doesn't except my email or zip.
