Hi guys! Just a bit of help here, I have 80 grams of dark chocolate, and I'm wondering how many cream do I need for it? And also would this be enough for covering  a 12" and 10" cakess? THank you! Mari :)

I mwn 80 oz of dark chocolate not grams. LOL silly me :)

From my experience, this  is more than enough. 80ozs is approx 2.2kgs
