I need some information about Red Dye and Americolor Gels I need to find out (and I tried google) which ones contain red in dye in them besides red.  I have a client that's son is terribly allergic to red dye and it is his cake obviously do not want to give him anything that will make him ill.  Please help thanks in advance.  Denise
