I'm making an American Girl-themed fondant cake. However, I wasn't sure of how to achieve the shades of red & pink. Please help!

Buy ready-made RED fondant.  Making your own is too risky, it usually ends up sloppy with ssssoooooo much red food colour added.

Most pinks can be made from white fondant using pink food colour, without too much drama.

Thank you! It just seemed like it wasn't the typical pink or red...maybe Wilton's burgundy and rose? Well, I'll just play around :)
