I am new to the website and need help. I am just starting a new bread bakery business. Its a specialize W African style bread.
I believe there is a market for it but can't afford a store front yet.
I will be doing wholesale for now. I lived in NY but now lives in CT. My target market is in NY but I can bake anywhere and transport.
I need a space for my baking. I will not be selling out of this location, so after hour, overnight will be great!
I am willing to pay a monthly rent to use the place 2-3x/week. I definitely need an oven.
I am willing to buy other things I will need such as a dough kneader, bread slicer, loaf pans and small utensils.
I will really appreciate any help, or guide me to the right person please. I am very easy to work with. I can also help with some cleaning for you as well in addition to a monthly charge.
PS: I have tried a kitchen incubator but my dough needs about 6hours to prove while i wait and I also need space (it will cost too much at the longrun to be there).
