This one looks pretty good. You punch in the amounts and costs of ingredients, supplies and what you'd like to make per hour and it does the math for you.
I have had the best luck with the CAKE BOSS program. I can't remember what the original charge for it was, something like 100.00, and then there is a 20.00 charge every year you use it after. It is worth its weight in gold and is very helpful when trying to figure out pricing.
