Making McGreevy Cakes modeling chocolate recipe. She calls for 5 cups of candy melts and I bought this stuff. Is it the right stuff? http://www.bulkbarn.ca/en-ca/product/baking-chocolate/merckens-white-chocolate-flavoured-molding-wafers.html. Also, anyone know if I can make this a few days in advance? Thanks!

yes, Merckens are candy melts. You can make it several days in advance.
