Hello , I am preparing a bakery I wonder how can I prepare dough, filling and other staff for bulk baking is it just I add more ingredient to fit the quantity or there something else I should consider ?

I just multiplied my ingredients to increase my yield - always worked -- there are some theories that change it up for baking cakes with baking powder but it was never necessary for me --
