Hi everyone

i have suggested a size for a wedding cake but now I think I might have given a too small cake size.

which cake portion chart is the best in your opinion?

it is a three tier round cake. Two top tiers are carrot cakes and the bottom is vanilla.

they need it for around 95 guests.

thanks

a 12x9x6 is 102 so you give a coupla extra -- no worries -- and that's a beautiful profile for a cake, my favorite

Three tiers is not a size.  6/8/10? 6/9/12?  6/10/14?  At most, "three tiers" is a height description.

For a 3 tier to serve 95 people, you'd need 6/9/12, and plan to use all of it.

Thanks everyone!

Sorry I explained so vaguely! My phone was about to die and I needed to post it!

I had planned to do a 6"-9"-12" cake, but thought it would not be enough so changed it to 8"-10"-12"

all of them height around 5"+

Thanks for the replies!

6/9/12 provides 102 servings, if my memory is working.  Remember that wedding cake toppers, whether purchased commercial toppers, or floral toppers created by a florist are sized to look best on the STANDARD 6" top tier.
