i have question about butter cupcakes why they become soo stiff i didnt find them fluffy at all ,all butter cupcake recipe quiet hard lil bit
did i always overcooked them or thats tha nature of< butter cakes> i used to add oil but i really want anice surface cupcakes almost perfect in shape ,mine with oill always comes out fluffy moist and when ever you froze them comes out perfect but not with anice surface .
any suggestions ?
AHi, all my cupcakes are butter and I've never had them come out hard :/
Possibly you're over baking, or maybe you need to just try a different recipe?
