I know there were several on CC who were pushing for the cottage food law to pass in Wisconsin last session.  The bill never made it to the floor for a vote.

The new legislature is beginning sessions now, and Janis Ringhand, who introduced the bill is now a senator.

I've already written to Senator Ringhand, and I hope my fellow Wisconsin bakers will do the same.  It would be so wonderful to have a legal in-home kitchen!
