if u dont mind ma frnds am using ma basic recipe of sponge cake (4 eggs 140 of flour 140 of sugar) for 9 inch so i want to know how i modify this recipe on 10 inch  2 inch deep ...thank u all of youuu:smile:

 if your original 9" is already 2" tall -- you need about 15% more batter

thanx for your replay ...you mean to make 1 batter and fourth of cup of a batter ?

yes that would work make a quarter more than usual and then if it's a bit too much be ready to pop in a couple cupcakes or bake a little something in a bakeable bowl -- a bowl than can go in the oven -- a ramekin -- or an aluminum foil single serve pie plate or whatever you may have small like that
