AAnyone here have a good experience using Barry callebaut cocoa powder on cakes & cupcakes? I'm looking for a quality powder to use and I've found his brand for $30 bucks for 11 lbs. I figured it's a good deal but not sure if a good brand? Advice?

AI don't know off hand, sorry :(. I would have to look at the invoice. I am in Houston though and high quality cocoa goes for much more than thst. So to me, it's a good deal :)

AI also only use this cocoa powder. It's a fantastic product. I pay A$20 for 1kg - obviously I'm in Australia so it's hard to compare. Your deal sounds amazing!

AI really like Callebaut. May I ask where you found it so cheap? When I went to reorder last week, it was $25 for 1 kg plus shipping on amazon. I decided to try Cocao Barry Extra Brute instead, since it was only $20 including shipping and I've seen other people recommend it.
